Francesca Biondi, a proud Sudbury native, has dedicated her life to the art and science of movement. From the tender age of 2, Francesca was immersed in the world of dance, competing at the highest levels for 15 years. Her passion for dance has seamlessly transitioned into a career focused on helping others achieve their physical best. With over seven years of experience teaching dancers of all ages and levels, Francesca has developed a profound understanding of human anatomy and function. Her interest in this field was further fuelled by her own experiences with injuries throughout her dance career, which led her to pursue a deeper knowledge of injury recovery and rehabilitation. Francesca earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Honours) from Laurentian University in 2022.
