You do not need a referral to make an appointment with any of our providers, but your insurance policy might require one.
We accept WSIB claims that have occurred in the last 3 months and have been approved by WSIB. Please be sure to have your WSIB case number readily available.
Our services are NOT covered by OHIP.
No, unfortunately we do not manage MVA claims at this time.
Absolutely! Whether it's for a second opinion, comanagement, or utilizing all of your benefits, you have our entire team at your disposal and we will work together to help you.
For your first visit you may bring:
- loose clothing suitable for your area of injury
- any relevant medical imaging reports and findings
